A Family of Workers
Levi Vinson
Levi Vinson has been a part of Cottontail Homestead since the very start. He and his wife had a dream and set out to accomplish it. He spends his day seeing that things are running right and making repairs when needed. He has used his skills to build the farm to where it is today. Levi is also the butcher on the farm. When it is time to cull the rabbits, he is the man to do it. He takes pride in every step of the process and makes sure to pray over the herd before it's time to butcher. Being a Rabbit farmer is extremely difficult, but Levi Vinson makes it seem easy.
Chasidy Vinson
Chasidy Vinson works day and night to make sure that Cottontail Homestead runs in an effective and profitable way. She oversees the care of the rabbits on a daily basis, making sure that all of them have what they need. Especially the expecting Does. Chasidy keeps complete, accurate records of all breeding, transfers and sales on the farm. Including information on which genes are dominant and which are recessive. This helps us to provide an idea of what colors you may see if you choose to breed. Chasidy also spends her time searching for new breeds or color patterns that we can add to our stable.
The Crew
The crew consists of Levi and Chasidy's three sons. ❤❤❤
Noah, the oldest son, is an avid farmer and enjoys spending his free time working on the farm and caring for the rabbits. He takes pride in helping in every aspect of the Rabbitry. ❤
Luke, the middle son, is the rabbit whisper. He has a strong love for all animals. He spends his free time in the barn, with his mom, making sure the rabbits are all getting the love they deserve. He enjoys feeding, watering, talking with them and cuddling them. His love overflows daily. ❤
Liam, the youngest son, is the energy of the crew. He enjoys going to the barn to check on every single rabbit and he makes sure to talk and pet each one. In his spare time in the barn, he is usually playing hide and seek. He also makes sure the rabbits get plenty of exercise by chasing them all over the Homestead. ❤
